This gentle and supportive healing approach is meant to honor your life's cycles, let go of blocks and to align with your individual truth. Energy healing is the channeling of universal life force (i.e. chi) to release stuck energy, and rebalance and refill your chakras to create more flow. These energy centers focus on different physical, emotional and spiritual areas in your body and experiences. I encourage you to shift old beliefs and patterns to create a healthier and more self-loving life. I encourage people to show up to healing sessions with an open mind and open to possibility. Sessions can bring clarity to your intentions, insight to your challenges, as well as inspiration to what you want to create. It is a space to free your emotions, relax and balance your nervous system and relieve physical discomfort. Sessions are a wonderful way for empaths and sensitives to to come back to center, support their aura and "feel more like themselves". Some healings can simply be a source of self care, bring peace or rest. There are benefits that can support and shift symptoms on a physical, emotional or spiritual plane in a number of ways. I encourage you to come in with an open mind as sessions may differ each time depending on what your needs and intentions are. I try not to emphasize one benefit because some of the results from healings and messages still leave me surprised, humbled and in awe of this medicine.
